Designed under Vancouver’s Moderate Income Rental Housing Pilot Program, the project blends secured rental housing with a meaningful below-market component—supporting a more inclusive neighbourhood mix while contributing to a more animated street presence through retail at grade. The result is density with intention: new long-term homes that help the Kingsway corridor evolve while maintaining a grounded, community-oriented feel.
Revolve
Revolve is a 14-storey mixed-use, purpose-built rental building at Kingsway + Glen with secured rental housing and ground-floor retail.
At the intersection of Kingsway and Glen Drive in Cedar Cottage, Revolve introduces a contemporary, purpose-built rental community that strengthens one of East Vancouver’s most active corridors. With a slender tower form and a mixed-use base, it adds new homes in a location where daily life is naturally walkable—close to parks, local shops, and convenient routes to both Downtown and Metrotown.
