Located at 9855 Austin Avenue, near the Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain station, this ambitious project aims to redefine urban living by integrating residential, commercial, and public spaces. The development includes over 10,000 new homes, 300 shops and restaurants, and more than five acres of public parks and plazas.
The first phase of the project, completed in 2023, features four residential towers with varying heights: Tower One at 57 storeys, Tower Two at 50 storeys, Tower Three at 39 storeys, and Tower Four at 31 storeys. These towers collectively offer a mix of condominium and rental units, totalling over 1,500 residences.
