The proposed project is a mixed-use residential hi-rise development with associated support spaces such as parking, resident amenity facilities, bike storage, lobby circulation and service spaces. Located on a mid-block site between Olive and Hill Streets, just north of LEVEL Furnished Living, the project consists of a nearly 50-story building that will feature 516 rental apartments above more than 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Chris Dikeakos Architects designed the modern glass high-rise, which will soar to a peak height of 637 feet above ground level. At the time of its completion, 825 South Hill will likely rank as the tallest residential building in the City of Los Angeles.
