Set in the heart of Metrotown, Riviera brings a polished residential presence to Bennett Street with a design that reads calm, modern, and distinctly Burnaby—adding new homes while reinforcing the area’s walkable, transit-connected character. Its tower form is shaped to feel elegant rather than imposing, pairing a contemporary glass expression with a softer, more curated relationship to the streets below.
