The two-story extension, connected to the school’s core via a bridge, features a rectangular roof, modern materials, an updated color scheme, and large windows, complementing the existing structure and preserving key outdoor areas.

Icon at Southgate City is a 46-storey residential tower by Ledingham McAllister at 7728 Park Crescent, delivered as part of the Southgate City master-planned community.
More than a single building, Icon contributes to the broader community framework by concentrating housing where amenities, pathways, and future neighbourhood services can grow around it.
